    Hi all

    Has anyone setup a custom invoice with logic so that when an invoice is marked as paid the PDF that is sent to the customer has a background image with PAID in it.

    Im unsure about how to create a if/then statement that reads the invoice payment status and if the invoice is marked as paid it will add the required semi transparent “paid.png” image to the centre of the invoice.

    Any help or guidance please

    One option may be to use two designs and then manually change the selected design once it’s paid.

    Thank you Keymaster, im now using a second copy of my invoice design with a PAID image on it, its a shame there is no way to have an if statement in the invoice header design so when a invoice is marked as paid the if statement would add the PAID image to my invoice design
