I try to attach a .csv file to an invoice and get an error that goes: “An error occurred, Please refresh the page and try again”. Same goes for .zip files. However when changing the .csv extension to .xls, the file attaches correctly.
.pdf, .doc, .xls file types all attach ok to an invoice, however for some reason .csv en .zip files don’t. Looks as if only certain file extensions are permitted. Is this the case?
