When it comes to pricing, there are two key factors: fairness and simplicity. Stripe offers a great pricing balance, with a reasonable pay-as-you-go plan of 2.9% + $0.30 per valid card charge for all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB and Diner’s Club – with no extra fee for international transactions, failed transactions or refunds. There are no hidden or ongoing fees. There’s no set-up charge, or monthly maintenance fee. Just pay for the transactions when they happen, with fee reporting in real time so you can keep solid track of where your business is at, right now.
Bank transfers and Bitcoin payments are also affordable and convenient, with a fee of 0.8%, and a flat $5 cap. So you’ll never pay more than $5 for a bank transfer or Bitcoin payment. After you’ve completed the sign up and verification process with Stripe, you’ll need to get down to the business of integrating Stripe with your Invoice Ninja account. It’s simple and intuitive, so let’s do it.
To integrate Stripe with your Invoice Ninja account, go to Basic Settings > Online Payments. Click on the blue Add Gateway+ button. You’ll be redirected to the Payment Gateways/ Create page. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the gray Use another provider button. Select Stripe from the Gateway drop-down menu and enter the relevant key and webhook URL information (you’ll be provided with this information during the Stripe account set-up process). You’ll also need to select your preferences for your customers’ billing addresses and choose the credit cards you want to accept. If you’d also like to enable bank transfers, check the Enable ACH box.
Click the green Save button, and Voila! You’re ready to Stripe your payments!
