How does it work? First, visit our Partners page at https://www.invoiceninja.com/partners/ to learn all about the different payment gateways that integrate with Invoice Ninja. Once you’ve made your choice, you’ll need to link your Invoice Ninja account to the payment gateway. Go to Settings > Online Payments and click on the blue Add Gateway + button. On the Add Gateway page, select the relevant gateway and enter the necessary information to link it to your account. (Each gateway will have its own specific requirements for information.)
Once you’ve linked the payment gateway to your account, you’ll be able to receive payments and send receipts – with all the invoicing information automatically updated in your account by Invoice Ninja’s integrated software. You really don’t need to do anything more to get paid directly. Just send the invoice, and watch the Invoice Ninja manage all your incoming payments for you.
